Creative Bytes, is a registered charitable organisation founded in 2021. Our mission is to provide underprivileged children and youth with the opportunity to learn about key STEM concepts and digital literacy skills and techniques in a creative and culturally enriched environment.

We believe that every student deserves access to digital tools and resources, regardless of their background or financial situation. Our program, designed in collaboration with leading academics, enables libraries and schools to teach relevant digital literacy skills in a cohesive and engaging way.

Our flagship program teaches 8-12 year olds how to create their own video game, incorporating English, math, and logic skills. We teach staff/volunteers from libraries and schools across Australia to bridge the digital divide that affects many Australian students. We provide them with a 10 week curriculum which allows them to access technology in a creative, inspiring, and culturally enriched environment.
